(vi) A signature or the electronic equivalent from the copyright holder or authorized representative.

Once we've reviewed your notice and verified that the information provided on the notice is correct, we will remove the material(s) and notify the publisher of the takedown and send you a confirmation letter. If the publisher disagrees with the notice, you will receive a counter-notice.
