Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving an order. Please make sure that the item to be returned or exchanged is unwashed and unworn with original tags. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange.
You may start your return/exchange by scrolling all the way down and click the link under “Start a Return/Exchange”
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will send you an email 1-2 business days after requesting your return asking you to give us more information on why you are returning your product. We will also ask you for a picture of the product you received.

Any return request for an order that still hasn’t arrived after 30 days will be accepted. There won’t be any need for a return label and your order will be refunded to your credit card or bank within 1-2 business days.
Product Conditions
For your return to be accepted, Products covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Products that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or sweat stains will not be accepted. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale" or that are sold during the holidays are final, and no exchange or returns will be accepted.
Incorrect or Damaged item
If the product you received is damaged, it is not the product you ordered, or if there's any other issues with your product, submit a request with our online portal. We will email you after 1-2 business days asking for:
1: Your order number
2: Your name as it is on the order
3: Email used for the order
4: A photograph of the incorrect or damaged item. If it is damaged, show 2 or 3 in detail pictures clearly showing the product and how it is damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancel Order
If you change your mind and no longer want a product that you have ordered from us, you can request to cancel your order using our online return portal by using the link at the bottom. Once your order cancellation request has been accepted, your order will not be fulfilled and your refund should be completed after 1 business day. (Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.)
Before canceling your order, make sure to go on the chat box at our website and track your order. If your order is still unfulfilled, you are eligible to cancel your order.
It is recommended to cancel an order within the same day you made the order or the day after as our order processing phase takes 1-2 business days.
When cancelling your order, select other as the reason and explain the situation on why you are canceling your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
