Shipping policy
This shipping policy explains the stages all orders go through that are made on our website and other information relating to the delivery and shipping of an order.
Note: At the moment, we are only accepting orders that are from the United States with a US Street Address as the shipping address.
Order Processing
Once we've received your order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include your order number and more information. When your confirmation email has been sent, we begin preparing the order for shipping. The order processing stage is usually completed within the same business day or in the next 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Production
Once your order has finished processing, we will imprint the design and our logo on the product(s) you ordered and make sure the product has no issues before shipping it. We also print the receipt and put it in the package. This is usually done the next business day after your order has been processed.
Order Packing
When all of the product(s) you ordered are finished being created, and the receipt has been printed, we will put everything in the package and create a shipping label and a tracking number will be added to your order.
Shipping Process
We use the USPS as our primary shipping provider to send out customer orders in the United States. However, we may use other shipping providers. Once your order has reached this phase, we do not have the package for your order anymore and the shipping company is delivering it to your shipping address. If you chose Free Economy Shipping at checkout, the shipping process will generally take 3-5 Business Days. However, sometimes it may take up to 7 days. If you chose Express Shipping, shipping should take around 1-3 Business Days.
The shipping process is finished once your order has arrived to your shipping address.
Shipping Error
Orders with an incomplete or insufficient shipping address at checkout will receive an email requesting the customer to give us the correct address so that we can update the order. If the customer does not respond to the email within 14 business days, we will cancel the order.
Tiktok Shop Shipping
As of right now, the same Economy Shipping rate that we use for our online store will cost around $5 on orders placed through Tiktok shop.
Returns
If you are interested in returning product(s) that you've ordered from us, please read our return policy.
Delays
Rarely, orders can get delayed and it will take longer for your order to arrive. If this happens, we should send you an email notifying you of the delay.
If your order didn't come at the expected time, you may be eligible for a $5 store credit. To claim your credit, contact us at support@sanctifiedclothes.com
