At Sanctified Clothing, we prioritize quick shipping times, since we want our customers to receive and enjoy their order from us as soon as possible. Generally, orders that were shipped using our Free Economy Shipping rate (3-5 Business days) take usually less than a week. For orders using our Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days), it should take 3-4 business days after checking out for your order to arrive. The estimated delivery date on our website is correct for roughly 90% of orders.

If the estimated date for your order has passed, our site may be experiencing high order volume, which increases the processing time for other orders. However, once your order has been shipped out, the shipping carrier will have an estimated delivery date and time posted.

Our biggest priority at Sanctified Clothing is customer satisfaction. We accept return requests for orders made within 60 days after delivery. However, the return request must be valid and follow all of the rules stated in our return policy.

Once you have electronically submitted your return request and it has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label from us and instructions on how and where to send the package.
